We're currently having an issue with Printing from Mac Computers

We've now resolved the incident. Mac computers should now be able to print. Some Mac users are reporting that printing is work again after no change. Other have take the following steps to restore printing on from their Mac:

  1. Remove any MFD and LSR printers from your System Setting.
  2. Open Self Service app and install/reinstall the PaperCut app.
  3. Restart your Mac (may not be needed).
  4. Try printing a document to PaperCut_MFD (note the underscore, not a dash).
  5. You should receive a Print Job Notification—if you don’t see this, the print job won’t actually go through.

If you run into any issue, please stop by the Helpdesk or submit a ticket so a team member can restore printing for you.

We're experiencing problems with printing to Papercut MFD from some, but not all, Mac computers.

Some Mac users in the Calvin community have resolved the issue by deleting the Papercut MFD printer and re-adding it, here is link to instructions on how add printers to a Mac.

We are working to find a resolution. We will provide updates as we know more.
