As part of today’s Salesforce software deployment, email Deliverability will be off during business hours. If you try to send an email from a case, etc., there will be no pane to send messages. On 13-14 July, our consultant Servio will be deploying a large number of newly developed components into Education Cloud. These are intended to bring us custom functionality for tutoring (a process for sign-up, tutor matching, and attendance) and components for a visible calendar of classes.

Most changes should be minimal for the vast majority of our users, however, the deployment touches many different objects and layouts in the system. If you notice any issues, please alert Charles Mercadal and Bill Rowe via Teams, or enter a ticket to the helpdesk.
