DUO has reported that all services have recovered and all MFA methods are now available.
DUO has identified the issue and issued an update stating SMS and call-based authentication services are recovering. CIT will continue to monitor and will update when DUO has fully recovered.
Duo is currently experiencing problems sending SMS texts and automated phone calls as multi-factor authentication methods. The 'DUO Push' and 'Duo Mobile passcode' authentication options provided by the mobile app are still functional at this time.
Duo has published the outage notice here and they are currently working towards a resolution. CIT is monitoring and will update here as Duo provides information.
