FormAssembly: Many forms down with error "invalid_response Not authenticated"
We've now resolved the incident. If you find any active forms with this error message, please report it via a ticket to the helpdesk. Thank you!
A number of Calvin's forms are currently down: when loading, the page displayed is an error message in the format:
invalid_response
Not authenticated
We are currently individually checking forms and updating settings for each to remove this issue. We prioritized time-critical and urgent forms (Student Concern, Student Contact) and will be working through the remainder immediately.
