If you are still running into issues, please try the following steps and/or email Helpdesk@calvin.edu to submit a ticket.

  1. Ensure Papercut-MFD is a printer on your computer. If Papercut-MDF is already a printer you'll want to remove it and re-add the printer to your computer. Here is a link on how to add printers to a PC. Here's a link on how to add printers to a Mac.
  2. When they go to print, select Papercut-MFD as the printer.
  3. Under the printer, click Printer Properties
  4. A dialog window will appear, at the bottom select your desired Color Mode (color or B&W).
