Password Reset Limitation

CIT has re-enabled the ability for the Calvin community to change their own Calvin account passwords without having to visit the Helpdesk.

To change your password follow these steps: Visit iam.calvin.edu Click on "Problems Signing In?" Enter your Calvin username Confirm your identity by receiving a text message, receiving a voice message, or via an email to their alternate email. After verification steps, enter a new password twice Finish by clicking Change Password at the bottom.

For step #4, it is important that your alternate password be a non-Calvin email address. To update this password, log into to iam.calvin.edu and got to preferences under your name in the upper right hand corner.
