Mogli SMS will not send messages currently
For users with SMS permissions in Education Cloud, you should now be able to send text messages. Thank you!
Our vendor has provided us with instructions to fix this issue so we can proceed with texting. We plan to implement the fix around 2 PM and will provide results/status here once available.
Good morning: we wanted to let users know that Mogli SMS will not currently send text messages from Salesforce Education Cloud. We have lodged a ticket with Mogli for their assistance with this incident.
