Outbound calling via campus phones and the Webex calling app is now restored. Both inbound and outbound calling is functioning normally. Please contact the Helpdesk if you are having issues placing or receiving calls from campus phones at this time. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.
CIT has identified an issue with the campus phone system and are working to resolve it quickly. Outbound calling from a campus phone or the Webex app may be temporarily unavailable or functioning abnormally. We will provide an update when we have cleared the issue and phone service is back to normal operation. Your patience is appreciated.
