CIT staff has made changes, and has some initial feedback that Salesforce emails are now being delivered to the correct folders. We will continue to monitor and provide additional updates Tuesday morning.

CIT has identified an issue with Salesforce email delivery to staff and faculty, and are working to resolve it quickly

If you receive case notification emails, or emails sent from Salesforce related to student success or coordinated care, these may be delivered to your junk mail folder in Outlook. Please check there for any recent notifications.

We will provide an update when we have further information to share or behavior has returned to normal. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Helpdesk.
